Hydrophilic fabric, also known as baby cotton or muslin, has a soft, supple and highly absorbent character.
It is easy to work with for a wide range of purposes, and is particularly popular for babies, being widely used for swaddle blankets, cot liners, baby clothes and much more. Thanks to its open weave structure, it requires no ironing, though it does shrink slightly more than usual when washed.
