Complaints Procedure
At Funkytex, we do everything we can to give you the best possible service. If you’re not entirely happy with our products or service, we’d love to hear from you. We’ll handle your complaint quickly and with care.
How to submit a complaint
You can submit a complaint via:
- Email: info@funkytex.com – please include your order number and a clear description of your complaint
- Contact form: use the form on our contact page
- Post: Funkytex, Gasthuisstraat 24, 5061 PC Oisterwijk
Handling
Once we have received your complaint, you will receive an acknowledgement within 2 working days. Your complaint will then be dealt with as quickly as possible, and in any case within 14 days of receipt. If it is not possible to resolve your complaint within 14 days, you will be notified in writing with an indication of when we expect to be able to provide a definitive answer.
External dispute resolution
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your complaint, you may refer the matter for out-of-court dispute resolution to Stichting WebwinkelKeur or the Disputes Committee. You can also make use of the European Commission’s ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
