After you have created an account, you can order your fabrics from us at competitive prices. Fabrics can be ordered from us as a doubled piece (board) between 10 and 15 meters, and/or a roll of approximately 50 meters.

Because it is never possible to say exactly how many meters are on a board or roll, you can easily request a quote through our quote request form. With just one click, the desired quality is already included in the quote request. Complete it with the desired quantities and send the form.

If you find this too complicated, you can, of course, also send an email to info@funkytex.com, specifying the desired production code with the color number along with the desired meters.

BECAUSE THE INVOICE IS NOT ALWAYS ISSUED WITH THE CORRECT VAT AND YOU, AS A FOREIGN COMPANY, WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH US, WE RECOMMEND PLACING THE ORDER(S) VIA EMAIL SO THAT WE CAN MANUALLY SEND THE CORRECT INVOICE.

After receiving the quote request, we will promptly inform you of the exact quantities we can deliver. We will send this feedback to you via email. This email will contain an acceptance link that will easily direct you to the webshop, where you can finalize your order.

Please note, the quote we provide is valid for 2 days due to fluctuating inventories. Of course, you are always welcome to call us for further assistance or information.

All products in stock (if ordered before 4 p.m.) will be delivered to your home within 1 to 3 business days. If items are out of stock you will be notified.

FUNKYTEX is fastest and best reached by mail. If you send an e-mail, in most cases it will be answered within 30 minutes. By phone is also possible via 013 number but then you may still hear the automatic telephone answering machine. The team at FUNKYTEX does everything possible to have the orders delivered to the customer the next business day, so the customer service staff is often busy with the administrative operations of this. You can also use the contact form.

In FUNKYTEX’s online store you can pay simply and safely in the following ways: – IDeal – ING Home’Pay – PayPal – Credit card payment Orders whose payment has failed are automatically canceled.

Custom cut items that match the description and color may not be returned. Colors on the screen always differ from reality. You have the option of requesting a sample in advance. Should you have received a totally different fabric or color, this will of course be resolved in consultation with FUNKYTEX.

If you are in doubt about the color or quality when ordering, you can request a fabric sample by sending an email to info@funkytex.com stating the item number and color number.

Of many fabrics we have enough in stock, should we not have enough, it will be back in stock within a few days. Some fashion fabrics may be completely sold out and no longer come in.

For individuals, all prices listed include V.A.T. For companies, all prices listed are exclusive of V.A.T.

For individuals, FUNKYTEX charges €6.95 shipping costs per package in the Netherlands up to 20 KG. With an order of more than € 60,- in NL/BE, the shipping costs are for the account of FUNKYTEX. For FR/DE/AT/PL/LU this is from €130 per order. Of course, we always try to keep the cost of shipping your order as low as possible. For orders to : Netherlands : €6.95 Belgium: €7.95 Germany: €13.50 Luxembourg: €11.95 France: €17.50 UK: €10.95 For orders outside of Europe, please contact FUNKYTEX customer service.

Yes, you can simply place your order through our website and pick it up yourself during business hours. Please call in advance for an appointment due to absence. You will then receive a refund of the amount paid for shipping costs from us, of course.

If an item is sold out we will contact you for an alternative. However, should we not be able to resolve this, we will refund the overpayment within 10 days to the account number which you then provide us with by email. (Items that have already been cut for the purpose of an order cannot be cancelled, if you have selected items for a set, for example, please mention this in the comments so that we can take it into account).

If this is the case, please make the request via email or stop by, in most cases we can arrange this for you.
