What are the shipping costs at Funkytex?
Your package will be shipped with DHL. You can find the shipping costs in the table below. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification. The shipping and delivery costs are a fixed price for:

For orders from €80,- shipping is free for Belgium and the Netherlands. For orders from €145,- shipping is free for France, Germany, Austria, Poland, and Luxembourg. This applies to packages with a maximum size of 80 x 60 x 50 CM and a weight of 22 KG.
For individuals:
You can track your package via the email we send with the track and trace code. If your package is delivered to a DHL Parcelshop, you have 7 days to pick it up. If you do not collect your package within this period, return costs will be charged to us. As a result, we are required to charge shipping costs if we need to resend the package. Additionally, we cannot refund the purchase amount of your order. This also applies to incorrect address details. Please check all your details carefully to ensure that DHL can deliver the package correctly and does not have to return it to us.
For businesses:
If the address is invalid or no one is present at the time of delivery, your package will be sent to a DHL depot, where you can schedule a new delivery appointment.

Returns at Funkytex
It is not possible to return custom-cut fabrics. However, if you receive a completely different color or fabric type, we will, of course, resolve this for you. In that case, please contact us via the contact form and include your order number.
We have taken great care in photographing our fabrics, using a professional photo studio. However, the color of the fabric may vary depending on the screen. If you are unsure about the color or quality of the fabric, we offer the option to order a fabric sample.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 (calendar) days of receipt without providing a reason. Please note! This only applies to products that have not been custom-cut. Custom-made items are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
You will be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs, within 14 days, provided that the items are returned in good condition. Only the return shipping costs are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, along with all included accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition, must be returned to Funkytex.com within 14 days after registering the return.

We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing info@funkytex.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. Since February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU also have the option to submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been addressed elsewhere, you are free to submit it through the European Union’s platform.

All products in stock (if ordered before 4 p.m.) will be delivered to your home within 1 to 3 business days. If items are out of stock you will be notified.
FUNKYTEX is fastest and best reached by mail. If you send an e-mail, in most cases it will be answered within 30 minutes. By phone is also possible via 013 number but then you may still hear the automatic telephone answering machine. The team at FUNKYTEX does everything possible to have the orders delivered to the customer the next business day, so the customer service staff is often busy with the administrative operations of this. You can also use the contact form.
In FUNKYTEX’s online store you can pay simply and safely in the following ways: – IDeal – ING Home’Pay – PayPal – Credit card payment Orders whose payment has failed are automatically canceled.
Custom cut items that match the description and color may not be returned. Colors on the screen always differ from reality. You have the option of requesting a sample in advance. Should you have received a totally different fabric or color, this will of course be resolved in consultation with FUNKYTEX.
If you are in doubt about the color or quality when ordering, you can request a fabric sample by sending an email to info@funkytex.com stating the item number and color number.
Of many fabrics we have enough in stock, should we not have enough, it will be back in stock within a few days. Some fashion fabrics may be completely sold out and no longer come in.
For individuals, all prices listed include V.A.T. For companies, all prices listed are exclusive of V.A.T.
For individuals, FUNKYTEX charges €6.95 shipping costs per package in the Netherlands up to 20 KG. With an order of more than € 60,- in NL/BE, the shipping costs are for the account of FUNKYTEX. For FR/DE/AT/PL/LU this is from €130 per order. Of course, we always try to keep the cost of shipping your order as low as possible. For orders to : Netherlands : €6.95 Belgium: €7.95 Germany: €13.50 Luxembourg: €11.95 France: €17.50 UK: €10.95 For orders outside of Europe, please contact FUNKYTEX customer service.
Yes, you can simply place your order through our website and pick it up yourself during business hours. Please call in advance for an appointment due to absence. You will then receive a refund of the amount paid for shipping costs from us, of course.
If an item is sold out we will contact you for an alternative. However, should we not be able to resolve this, we will refund the overpayment within 10 days to the account number which you then provide us with by email. (Items that have already been cut for the purpose of an order cannot be cancelled, if you have selected items for a set, for example, please mention this in the comments so that we can take it into account).
If this is the case, please make the request via email or stop by, in most cases we can arrange this for you.
