Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the goods.

Exercising your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (by email or contact form). Please send your request to info@funkytex.com including your order number.

Products that are excluded

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Fabrics cut to order (at your specific request)
• Products that are clearly intended for a specific person
• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed

Returns

You must return the products as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days after the day on which you notify us of your decision to cancel. You are within the deadline if you return the products before the 14-day period has expired. The cost of return postage is at your own expense.

Refund

We will refund you as quickly as possible, and in any case within 14 days of receiving the returned products in good condition. We will refund you using the same payment method as the one used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to a different method.

Condition of returned products

You are liable for any reduction in the value of products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. Fabric must be returned unused and unwashed, with all original labels attached.
