Panne velvet fluor yellow is a soft, fluid stretch fabric with striking crushed shine, also called crushed velvet. Its elastic properties make it lovely to work with for both clothing and decorative applications.
Panne velvet is known for its characteristic flattened pile structure, which creates a beautiful glossy effect. The material feels wonderfully soft, drapes beautifully, and has enough stretch to work with easily.
