Panne velvet fabric brown is a wonderfully soft, fluid stretch fabric with a striking lustrous crushing effect. The fabric is elastic and drapes beautifully, making it ideal for clothing that fits comfortably while looking festive at the same time. You might also know this fabric by the name crushed velvet.
Panne velvet is renowned for its characteristic crinkled sheen, created by pressing the fabric in one direction during production.
