This Corduroy Stretch Fabric 29 Wale is made from 65% polyester, 32% nylon and 3% spandex and combines a refined rib structure with excellent wearing comfort.
With a weight of 220 g/m² the fabric has a pleasingly firm hand, while the comfortable stretch ensures a flattering fit. At 145 cm wide, this fabric is ideal for creating stylish and comfortable garments.
The term 29 wale refers to the number of ribs per inch. The higher the wale count, the finer the rib structure. This gives the corduroy an elegant, subtle look that works equally well for casual and dressed-up styles. The combination of polyester and nylon makes the fabric strong, hardwearing and shape-retaining, while the 3% spandex adds ease of movement and a comfortable amount of stretch.
