Hydrofil fabric, also known as baby cotton or muslin, is a beautifully soft, supple and moisture-absorbent fabric that’s ideal for your baby’s sensitive skin. The open weave structure means it absorbs moisture quickly and breathes well, making it extra comfortable for little ones.
Hydrofil is prized for its lightweight, airy weave with a fine, open structure that gives the fabric its characteristic softness. The fabric drapes beautifully, feels lovely against the skin and becomes softer with every wash. A handy bonus: thanks to its natural weave structure, you don’t need to iron it. Do note that hydrofil shrinks slightly more than average cotton fabrics when washed, so allow for this when cutting.
