Elastic 3 mm white is a fine round elastic that you order by the metre, in exactly the quantity you need. The narrow 3 mm width makes it perfect for applications where you want discreet yet effective elastic support.
This round elastic has a 3 mm diameter and gives lovely smooth stretch without losing its shape. The white colour makes it easy to work into light fabrics and pale garments without showing through.
