Frequently Asked Questions

Orders placed on weekdays before 3 p.m. will be shipped the same day. In the Netherlands, you will usually receive your order within 1-2 business days. For Belgium and other countries, the delivery time may be slightly longer. Is a product out of stock? Then we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you about this and offer an appropriate solution.

You can reach us fastest at info@funkytex.nl – we usually respond within 30 minutes. You can also call us at 06 – 25234545. You may get our voicemail; we will call you back as soon as possible. Do you prefer to use a form? Then please fill in the contact form in – we are happy to help you!

In our webshop you can pay safely and easily with the following payment methods:

Did the payment fail? Then your order will be cancelled automatically.

Fabrics cut to size that match the description and color cannot be returned. Please note that colors on a screen may always vary slightly from reality.

Having doubts about a fabric or color? Ask for a sample in advance via our contact form.

Did you accidentally receive a totally different fabric or color than you ordered? Then of course we will solve this in consultation with you.

Yes, we are happy to send you a sample if you would like to see the fabric first.

Send an email to info@funkytex.com with the product code of the fabric. This code can be found on the product page.

You can request a maximum of 3 samples per request. We will send them to you as soon as possible.

We have ample stocks of most fabrics available.

Do you need a larger quantity? Feel free to send us a message with the product code or name of the fabric and the number of meters you need at info@funkytex.com or call us at 06 – 25234545. We will check stock immediately and be happy to think with you about the possibilities.

Can’t find a particular fabric on the site? Let us know – our specialist will gladly search with you or offer an alternative.

Yes, all prices on our website include 21% V.A.T. unless otherwise stated.

Are you a business customer? Then please note that the prices are displayed including VAT. You will of course receive the VAT itemized on the invoice.

Your order will be shipped with DHL. Shipping costs are as follows:

  • Netherlands: €6.50
  • Belgium: €8.95

📦 Free shipping:
For orders over €80, shipping is free for both the Netherlands and Belgium.

Ordering from another country? Then view all shipping rates on our customer service page or contact us.

After your order, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email once your package has been shipped.

Yes, you can simply place your order through our website and pick it up during business hours.

Please do call us in advance on 06 – 25234545 to make an appointment so you can be sure someone will be there.

Upon pickup, we will of course refund you the amount paid for shipping costs.

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will always contact you to discuss a suitable alternative.

If we can’t work it out together? Then we will refund the excess amount to your account within 10 days. In that case we ask you to send us your IBAN by e-mail.

Please note: Items already cut to size for your order cannot be cancelled.
Would you like to combine multiple fabrics for a set, for example? If so, please mention this in the comments field when ordering – then we will take extra account of this.

Yes, that is possible! We have a large network of suppliers and can often supply fabrics that are not (yet) in the webshop.

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

Didn’t receive anything? Then check your spam or junk mail folder. Is the mail not there either? Please contact us via info@funkytex.com – We will gladly send the confirmation again.

You can cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed or cut to size. Because many of our fabrics are specially cut to size, in most cases cancellation is not possible once we have started work on your order. In doubt? Then contact us as soon as possible at info@funkytex.com and we will see if anything is still possible.
