This quilted, starched quality is lightweight and filled with wadding. The back or inside of the fabric is finished with a lining fabric. The fabric lends itself well to decoration but can certainly also be used to make clothing such as a body warmer or jacket. The front is 2 color but is hard to see in the photo. 2 color effect created when viewed from different directions.
